Supporting youth with disabilities and special educational needs with nature-based therapies.
About the project
The main goal of the project will be to create international standards and good practices using the method of supporting youth with disabilities and special educational needs with nature-based therapies. We will develop a protocol, rules and good practices written in 5 languages (English, Polish, Romanian, Spanish and Czech) and share them for free for interested youth workers from all over Europe.
As a result of this project youth workers will gain knowledge on how to better assist people with disabilities and provide them
with better services through nature-based therapy programs.
This project is co-financed by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union
